Let your child stretch their creative wings over one week of classes that are both educational and fun! Children work in a studio setting and enjoy developing unique skills in a safe environment.
Holiday classes are one or two days long from 10am – 2.30pm and term classes are weekly for 6 weeks. The course fee includes all materials and students need to bring their lunch (if applicable) and an old shirt to protect their clothes.

Inspired by artist Henri Rousseau you will design first on paper then paint on wooden board your own jungle wonderland where wild beasts will jump out at you. Bring along pictures of your garden at home, your favourite park or be inspired by the lovely grounds around Corban Estate as you create your own unique jungle… where all the wild beasts hide!
LOST IN SPACE | 6 – 12 YRS .

Using printmaking as our drawing tool, this workshop will explore and play with negative and positive spaces. Looking at the work of artist Frank Stella, you will be encouraged to explore every possibility, learning compositional skills through the process of stencil cutting and printmaking.
CLAY STORY | 7 – 14 YRS.

Develop a short comic strip, inventing and including your own favourite characters, then turn it into a series of awesome 3D wall tiles! We will shape all our characters and their backgrounds from soft clay. A pottery wheel will be available to enjoy throwing pots.
MY OWN PRIVATE WORLD | 7 – 14 YRS.

Have you ever wanted to create your own mini magical world in a jar? Well now you can! Create your own enchanting environment, designing and painting your world then bringing it to life in 3D by making figurines and props.
COLLAGE THROUGH PRINT | 5 – 8 YRS.

This experimental workshop will explore elements of collage through the process of print. Combining elements of cut collage shapes and monoprint mark making, students will create rich gestural prints. Inspired by Spanish abstract artist Antoni Tapies who is known for his use of recycled materials, students will enjoy the freedom to play.
JOURNEY ON A DREAM ADVENTURE | 6 – 12 YRS.

Have fun and let your imagination go wild!! Be inspired by artist Salvador Dali and create your own Dream Picture using collage, drawing and painting techniques. Take yourself on a surreal adventure; you never know where it will lead you!
ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR | 7 – 14 YRS.

With a roar and a screech your own wild animal puppets will emerge from the depths of your imagination. Inspired by animal totems from around the world, you will design, sculpt, paint and sew your puppet to life, creating an amazing treasure to take home.
GATHERINGS, GROUPS & JAMS | 8 – 14 YRS.

Paint yourself, your friends or family into an atmosphere of your choice, using colours and patterns inspired by comic and folk art. You will use acrylic and cloudy thick gouache paint on watercolour paper to create your gathering.
PRETTY PERFECT PIZZA PLATTERS| 5 – 8 YRS.

Young ceramic artists can come and have a fun day making their very unique clay platters, using their creative minds as well as their manufacturing hands! Platters will be fired and glazed to make them fully functional.
