‘A Nautical Night at Auckland Museum – Fish and Ships’.
Celebrating the nautical heritage of the city with expert sessions and a Taniwha performance, kids will learn more about what lives in and on the waters around New Zealand.
The nights will include naval skills and drills in the galleries, with the Royal NZ Navy and a message signaled over the water to the Torpedo Bay Navy Museum. Visitors will also be entertained by The Royal NZ Navy Band.
Activities include face-to-face meetings with marine animals and a live Taniwha performance.
