Welcome and warm-up 11am

Mayor Celia Wade-Brown will open the day, followed by a warm-up of music, dance and drumming with Lala Simpson and African Beats NZ

Performance 3.00 – 4.00pm

Performance on the marae by 10 community dance groups, highlighting the wide range of opportunities for young people to get involved in dance. Including: Hip hop, musical theatre, Ethiopian dance, Capoeira, jazz, contemporary dance, Ceroc, Classical Chinese dance, tap and youth circus.
