The wairua, or spirit, of Palmerston North’s domestic neighbourhoods is captured in an innovative video by emerging artist Terri Te Tau.
The work, which involves projecting videos of the streets into the darkened interior of a Suzuki van, is part of the artist’s research into surveillance culture of Aotearoa.
