Waitangi Day Celebrations 2014 is proudly presented by Auckland Council in commemoration of our national day.
The event aims to raise awareness and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi through the sharing of music, food, arts, crafts. There will also be displays and conversations around the treaty.
Join us for a day of ceremony, education, culture, fun and activities for the whole whanau to enjoy, including free kids’ rides and live performances by some of Aotearoa’s top artists: Aaradhna, David Dallas, Sons of Zion, Ria Hall, Seth Haapu, Majic and Pao Pao Pao.
This is an alcohol-free, smoke-free and Zero Waste event.
